I recently had two fireplace refurbishments. Frank kept the line of communication open throughout. The installers were respectful of the rooms in which the new fireplaces were to be placed. Drop clothes everywhere and vacuum cleaner to hand at all times. The quality of work was excellent and promptly completed. I would highly recommend Eco Stoves when considering your fireplace upgrade. Highly recommended Eco home Solutions . They did a fantastic job . Absolute pleasure to deal with Frank and Sandra . Frank explained the process and Oliver and Paddy arrived . I chose a Pisa Fireplace and insert stove . Guys arrived took out old fireplace . Put in the new fire and stove . Very professional job .Very clean and very tidy . Really disappointing experience. Nobody called me to confirm about coming to my home to measure until 3 weeks later then said they would confirm same evening about time. Never called back. No follow up from these guys when looking for a quote. Disappointing as they were recommended. Edit to response: I dealt with Frank who really did not seem interested so I really should not have been surprised that there was no follow up.
